The 2021 8th Intl. Conference on Soft Computing & Machine Intelligence (ISCMI 2021) was supposed to be held in Cairo, Egypt during November 26-27. Due to the situation of covid-19, the conference was once again converted to a virtual conference. We'd like to thank everyone for your online participation.
