The 2022 9th Intl. Conference on Soft Computing & Machine Intelligence (ISCMI 2022) was supposed to be held in Toronto, Canada during November 26-27. Due to the situation of covid-19, the conference was once again converted to a fully virtual conference. We'd like to thank everyone for your online participation.
