The 2023 10th Intl. Conference on Soft Computing & Machine Intelligence (ISCMI 2023) was
successfully held
in Mexico City, Mexico (Virtual Conference) during November 25-26, 2023. Time flies! ISCMI 2023 does not merely imply another yearly edition of ISCMI but it also
signifies the completion and celebration of a decade of journey of the annual flagshipevent of llCCl. Since 2014, it had been an exciting journey for ISCMI. Despite the rising skepticism ofthe naysayers during its early days, the team ISCMI remained upbeat and focused throughout and neverallowed any irritant to come in the way of the pursuit of its goals. Armed with its enormous passion andindomitable spirit, each ISCMI turned out to be a better version of the earlier ones. Today, as ISCMI turns10, we feel humbled and grateful for being a part of this exhilarating journey and wish to sincerely thank allthe team members for a wonderful decade. We are also indebted to the authors for the confidence theyhave bestowed upon ISCMI over the last 10 years.
